Symple Lending in Irvine, CA is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to guide clients through our debt relief program. This non-exempt, performance-based role offers hourly pay plus uncapped monthly commissions, with the potential to earn $100,000+ annually.

You will conduct financial education sessions, handle inbound and outbound calls, build relationships with financial institutions, and close sales while helping clients on their financial journey.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and negotiate favorable terms for debt consolidation.
