Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of lending process is helpful.
• Strong record keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Counsel members on delinquent payments and create payment arrangements.
• Analyze financial situations to determine necessary actions.
• Maintain accurate files on collections activity.
• Process and file bankruptcy claims as needed.
• Communicate with financial institutions and attend legal proceedings.
• Resolve credit reporting disputes.
