Fair Collections & Outsourcing, Inc., a leading receivables outsourcing firm, is hiring Debt Collectors to interpret and collect on delinquent lease contracts. We are currently offering a 100% remote position for applicants with 4 or more years of 3rd party collections experience. A 100% onsite position is available for those without experience.

Earn commissions above 75% of your goal.

Must be willing to learn and follow management instructions. The role includes a 2-week training period, with ongoing training throughout employment. Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Skip trace and locate consumers
• Negotiate settlements and payment agreements
• Review documentation for accuracy
• Explain charges to consumers
• Investigate disputes
• Follow company policy and all applicable collection laws
• Maintain customer service friendliness
