• Pay Rate: $14.00 based on experience
• Hours: Full-Time 40 hrs per week
• Schedule: 10:30AM-7PM Monday through Thursday / 8:30AM-5PM Friday
• Start Dates: 6/30/25

If so, Capital Management Services is looking to increase its Mortgage Collections Team !

Mortgage collections is the process of contacting borrowers who are behind on their mortgage payments to help them catch up, make payment arrangements, or resolve the debt. The goal is to recover missed payments while helping the borrower avoid foreclosure if possible. The training and the position are fully remote. We are currently looking for candidates in the states of Pennsylvania (Except Philadelphia), Ohio, and West Virginia only.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Wired High-Speed Internet Connection (No WiFi. 25MBps Download / 25 Mbps Upload Minimum). You will be asked to submit a wired speed test to verify from https://speedtest.net from your home computer or laptop.
• Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 16 or higher) Smartphone.

Training Class : 8:30AM - 5:00PM Monday through Friday starting June 30, 2025.
