Bluebird Staffing is seeking a Remote Medical Collections Agent for a contract position. The role offers an hourly rate of $20/hr and is an ongoing contract.

Responsibilities:

1. Making calls to patients, providers, and insurance companies to process past due payments and claims.

Requirements:

1. Recent strong experience with CPR+ software.
2. Knowledge of medical terminology, especially pharmaceutical and infusion claims.
3. Experience with pharmaceutical and infusion claims processing.
4. Experience with Medicare, Waystar, and commercial payers.
5. Strong collections experience.
