Job summary

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is seeking Debt Collectors to join our team in Hebron, KY. The role offers paid onsite training for three weeks, three weeks, with weekly pay and monthly bonuses.

The pay rate is $17.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience, with uncapped bonus potential. A $500 retention bonus is available for six months of active employment. The office operates Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM, with full-time, full-benefit employment and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills required.

• Able to complete a 40-hour workweek.
• Basic math and computer skills with assessment.
• Ability to read/write in English and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with consumers to discuss delinquencies and repayment options.
• Record accurate notes and update account status in the system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals and deadlines.
• Comply with FDCPA and state consumer protection laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
