Job summary

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. in Hebron, KY, seeks Debt Collectors. Paid onsite training for three weeks, weekly pay, and monthly bonuses. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience, with uncapped bonus potential and a $500 retention bonus after six months. Office at 2300 Litton Lane, Suite 200, Hebron, KY 41048. Monday–Friday, 8 AM–7 PM, onsite. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), and PTO.

• Debt collectors must have strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well-organized, results-driven.
• Effective decision-making skills.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills; a skills assessment is required.
• Ability to communicate in a common language with others, verbally or in writing.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with consumers to discuss delinquencies and repayment options.
• Record accurate notes and update account information.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Comply with policies and FDCPA/state laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
