Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and Illinois Bar admission required.
• Knowledge of Federal and State collection laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Respond to settlements and pleadings as needed.
• Manage telephonic and written contact with opposing counsel and consumers.
• Accurately document the firm’s CLS system.
• Provide sent and received emails to designated firm staff.
• Maintain Contact Us Spreadsheet and POA mailbox.
