This senior executive will drive growth of a national capital markets platform, expand lender relationships, and recruit top originators while building scalable infrastructure and disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in debt origination and capital markets leadership.
• Track record of building or scaling a producer-driven platform and recruiting top originators.
• Deep relationships across banks, life companies, agencies, debt funds, and institutional capital.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build lasting value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic growth of a national capital markets platform.
• Increase internal capture and cross-platform collaboration.
• Recruit, develop, and retain senior and junior originators.
• Expand and strengthen lender and capital provider relationships.
• Drive best-in-class underwriting, deal packaging standards.
• Build infrastructure, accountability, and operating discipline to support scale.
• Partner closely with executive leadership on growth, performance, and long-term platform development.
