• Assist with debit card inquiries and fraud cases; review fraud claims for legitimacy.
• Cross-sell and market new and existing products and services to customers.
• Perform Cash Management daily file submission and verification callbacks.
• Assist with stuffing of statements and notices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
