Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage business requirements, process documentation, and governance artifacts that enable successful product delivery and smooth handoffs into operations.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across product, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and technology, coordinating documentation, requirements, and readiness for debit card and money movement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in card products, payments, money movement, or financial services operations.
• Develop business requirements, process documentation, and operational procedures for complex initiatives.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with solid documentation quality.
• Ability to coordinate across Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Technology.
• Experience with business analysis, project management, vendor implementations, or service delivery programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of payment systems, debit card programs, ACH, money movement, fraud controls, or regulatory frameworks is a plus.
• Strong written communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional business requirements gathering across product, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and technology.
• Develop and maintain business requirements documentation and process flows with governance.
• Support feature prioritization and requirements refinement.
• Coordinate documentation, requirements, and readiness across workstreams as part of the debit card delivery team.
• Track dependencies, decisions, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Design operating procedures and playbooks for debit card and money movement capabilities.
• Partner with product, operations, and vendor teams to ensure launch readiness and ongoing support.
