Vanguard is seeking a Senior Debit Analyst to drive requirements management, operational readiness, and process design for its debit card initiative. The role bridges strategy, product, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and technology to translate business objectives into actionable documentation and procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in card products, payments, money movement, or financial services operations.
• Ability to develop business requirements, process documentation, and operational procedures for complex initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation quality.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional requirements gathering across product, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and technology.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, functional requirements, and process flows with governance artifacts.
• Support deployment through playbooks, end-to-end processes, and transition to ongoing operations.
• Coordinate documentation, requirements, and readiness across workstreams to ensure launch success.
• Partner with product and program leadership to translate initiatives into executable processes.
