Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Product Manager to lead the mobile debit card experience within the Vanguard app, including SDK integrations and a unified in-app card controls experience. You will partner with engineering, design, and vendor teams to deliver a seamless spending, saving, and investing journey.

The role emphasizes client-centered design, cross-functional leadership, and scalability of the Cash Plus Debit Card program across digital products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• Five+ years of related work experience; two years leading large cross-functional teams ideal.
• Experience with mobile apps, digital card products, or digital wallets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management for the Vanguard Debit Card program.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and vendors to deliver a best-in-class mobile experience.
• Define features and requirements for in-app card controls, alerts, and preferences.
• Coordinate SDK integrations and partnerships to enable debit card capabilities.
• Analyze user data to improve the end-to-end card experience and performance.
• Support planning and prioritization across digital product initiatives.
