Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager II within its Retail Lending organization. Based in Charlotte, NC, you will own end-to-end debit card servicing journeys, translating client and business needs into a clear journey strategy and prioritized roadmap.

You will collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Data to optimize the customer and colleague experience while driving measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience translating client needs into journey strategies and roadmaps.
• Ability to coordinate across product, technology, ops, risk, and legal.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end journey strategy for debit-card servicing journeys.
• Serve as accountable business owner for assigned journeys.
• Define current-state and aspirational journey vision with metrics.
• Establish priorities, objectives, and multi-year evolution roadmaps.
• Monitor journey health and identify opportunities to improve outcomes and risk.
