Job summary

PNC seeks a Product Manager II in Pittsburgh to shape onboarding and communications for Retail Lending products. You will lead customer-centric strategies across onboarding, engagement, and communications assets, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure consistency and impact.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, strong collaboration, and an ability to turn insights into actionable improvements that align with OKRs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
• Bachelor level education in a related field is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement onboarding, and early engagement strategies.
• Identify customer friction points and solutions throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Define messaging, communication strategy, and early engagement processes across all communication assets to drive key customer behaviors.
• Establish best practices and alignment across business lines.
• Leverage knowledge of emerging communication trends and technology.
• Monitor and evaluate key changes in relation to business set OKRs and KPIs.
• Integration of results from A / B testing, client surveys and feedback into prioritization decisions.
