Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager II within Retail Lending, based in Pittsburgh or other hubs.

You will own the end-to-end Debit Card servicing journeys, translating client and colleague needs, business objectives, data, research, and risk considerations into a clear strategy and prioritized roadmap. The role partners with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Data & Analytics, Design, Care Center and other stakeholders to execute the journey

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Journey Strategy.
• Define and maintain a current-state and aspirational journey vision for future-state.
• Establish journey strategy, priorities, objectives, and multi-year evolution roadmaps.
• Continuously assess journey health and identify opportunities to improve client experience, colleague experience, efficiency, risk outcomes, and business performance.
• Own any journey related issues through risk and governance processes to completion.
