Qualifications

• At least 1 year banking or bank-related experience.
• Experience in debit/credit card operations and balancing preferred.
• Professional, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 for documents and reports.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve debit card disputes while ensuring Regulation E compliance.
• Review reports for chargeback statuses and research unposted items.
• Process Zelle dispute claims in line with policies and regulations.
• Prepare the MasterCard Billing Reports (MCB).
• Prepare end-of-month status reports.
• Monitor Account Data Compromise alerts and reissue handling.
• Conduct general research tasks related to debit card operations.
• Complete additional assignments as designated by management.
