Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Services, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in education or human services.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Special Education services and academic systems.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • Preferred: Master's Degree in Education, Administration, Human Services, or related field.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Services, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in education or human services
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience

  • Knowledge of Special Education services and academic systems
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and support both students and staff
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to meet safe driver guidelines
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check

Welcome to Mount Prospect Academy- Plymouth Campus

Academic instruction and internship experiences are core elements of Mount Prospect Academy’s holistic treatment philosophy. We specialize in working with challenging youth who have not succeeded, academically or behaviorally, in a more traditional academic setting.MPA provides full school days at its main academic campus is in Plymouth, NH. Our teachers provide competency-based instruction, and they employ innovative strategies to help non-traditional students learn. We offer academic support services for individualized learning, and our students have full access to the general education curriculum, as outlined in the New Hampshire Curriculum Standards. Classroom teams are comprised of two certified teachers, one special education teacher, and two to three support faculty.
