GOAL High School in Craig, Colorado is seeking a Dean to support the Principal/Assistant Principal and oversee daily school operations. The role requires on-site presence, leadership of staff, and fostering positive relationships with students and families to ensure a safe, productive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Colorado.
• Two years of experience as a secondary teacher, counselor, or equivalent.
• Three years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a school.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Valid Colorado Principal's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to on-site school management and operations.
• Support Principal/Assistant Principal and act in their absence.
• Oversee student discipline and foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Lead instructional leadership and monitor professional development.
• Ensure FERPA compliance and privacy standards.
• Coordinate staff supervision, interview and evaluate performance, and resolve issues.
• Recruit new students and engage with community partners.
• Travel regionally as needed to support school activities.
