Job summary

GOAL High School seeks a Dean to lead on-site administration, student support, and school operations in Colorado. This exempt professional role reports to the Principal and drives discipline, student outcomes, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in education, management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Two years of secondary teaching experience required.
• Experience with online education and at-risk youth preferred.
• Leadership experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, supervision, and accountability for school personnel.
• Collaborates with school leadership for efficient operation of facilities and programs.
• Monitor professional development and instructional efforts per the school improvement plan.
• Implement and monitor behavioral metrics, attendance, and truancy interventions.
• Ensure FERPA compliance and privacy standards.
• Mentor new teachers and assist in orientation.
• Coordinate support services to support graduation requirements.
