GOAL High School in Windsor, Colorado, is seeking a Dean to support the Principal and staff in managing a safe, effective learning environment for at-risk students. You will oversee student discipline, foster strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues, and help implement the school improvement plan.

The Dean role requires a Colorado residency, a Bachelor's degree in education/management (Master’s preferred), and leadership experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in education, management, or a similar field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Two years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a school setting.
• Must reside in Colorado and hold a valid driver's license.
• Colorado Principal's License preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, direction, supervision, operations, and accountability of school personnel.
• Collaborate with school leadership for efficient operation of facilities and programs.
• Monitor professional development and instructional efforts according to the school improvement plan.
• Ensure FERPA compliance and safeguarding student privacy.
• Lead data analysis and goal setting to drive academic progress.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in education, Management, or a similar field

Master’s degree preferred
