Key Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement the vision for instructional excellence in collaboration with leadership.
• Manage department chairs, grade-level leads, and other mid-level leaders.
• Oversee creation of standards-aligned curricula and assessments.
• Provide feedback on academic deliverables and coach teachers toward their goals.
• Plan for teacher growth, observe and debrief with teachers regularly.
• Analyze data, facilitate data conferences, and intervene as needed.
• Organize and deliver professional development and coordinate testing and supports.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new teachers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. full-time.
• Active Illinois Teaching License preferred.
• Teaching experience required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from $77,000 to $96,000 annually, based on experience and skills.
