Partner with campus leadership to promote student retention, graduation, licensure success, and overall academic excellence while maintaining accreditation standards and state requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of instructional or educational leadership experience.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and student information systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop instructional team and oversee curriculum delivery.
• Coach instructors and monitor student progress and outcomes.
