Job summary

Calbright College seeks a Dean of Academic Excellence & Effectiveness to lead its institutional quality, accreditation integrity, and continuous improvement agenda. You will partner with the VP of Learning and Instruction to strengthen program quality, assessment, and workforce relevance across online platforms.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, administration, policy, or related field.
• At least five years of higher education administration with leadership in institutional effectiveness, accreditation, and strategic initiatives.
• Experience leading accreditation processes and serving as liaison to accrediting agencies.
• Familiarity with online learning environments and quality standards in distance education.
• Proven cross-functional leadership, project management, and driving institutional initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead program quality review cycles, guiding frameworks and evidence-based evaluation processes.
• Guide accreditation readiness, preparation of self-studies, and reports.
• Coordinate cross-divisional collaboration to improve college effectiveness and data-informed decision-making.
• Serve as the primary Accreditation Liaison Officer (ALO) and oversee accreditation cycles.
• Support strategic planning and external stakeholder engagement to advance the college's mission.
