Qualifications

• Master’s degree required, preferably in a related field OR a Master’s degree with 18 credit hours in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years applicable industry experience.
• Minimum five years related teaching experience.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development and maintaining currency in the field.
• Demonstrated competency in supervision and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development, strategic planning, and program assessment to align with the College’s mission.
• As Dean, manage teaching load up to 6 credit hours per semester as needed.
• Coordinate student recruitment, advising, and enrollment strategies with relevant departments.
• Oversee school budgeting and resource allocation, including grants and fundraising opportunities.
• Supervise faculty, mentor staff, and evaluate performance per college policies.
• Participate in committees, professional associations, and community partnerships to advance the college’s goals.
• Promote collaboration with external partners to strengthen program offerings and articulation with four-year institutions.
