Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in electrical/industrial engineering or related discipline.
• All degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution in technology/engineering.
• Passion for teaching engineering and communicating effectively.
• Willingness to integrate distance learning tools and technology into instruction.
• Experience with collaborative learning and diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned classes in accordance with policy and course objectives.
• Use technology to enhance instructional methods.
• Maintain accurate student records, grades, and documentation.
• Engage with students regularly to support learning and positive experiences.
• Prepare ABET documentation and participate in program-level improvements.

Education

Master's degree in electrical or industrial engineering or related discipline within the program’s focus

Degrees from a regionally accredited institution in technology, engineering, or engineering technology

Strong passion for teaching engineering

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with distance learning tools and willingness to integrate technology

Proficiency in collaborative learning techniques and student-centered teaching methods

Ability to work with a diverse, multi-ethnic environment

Flexibility to work evenings/weekends
