Job summary

You will develop elective courses, after-school college preparation programs, PLPs, and collaborate with teachers, families and leadership to raise standards and ensure a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures teachers are organized and follow curriculum maps per state and CSUSA mandates.
• Conducts observations and provides feedback to teachers and leadership.
• Supports PLP training and quarterly PLP reviews for personalized instruction.
• Monitors student data and helps set school goals with leadership.
• Oversees attendance, grades input, and classroom management practices.
• Interacts with parents and counselors to address student well-being and behavior.
• Coordinates with guidance, principal and law enforcement as appropriate.
• Provides professional development and coaching on evidence-based instructional strategies.
