Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in deals/HC diligence or related field.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple client engagements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead human capital diligence workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, and other transaction settings.
• Manage client engagement tasks from planning through delivery, coordinating timelines and team assignments.
• Evaluate workforce structures, talent strategies, and organization design implications tied to deal activity.
• Assess employee retention, culture alignment, and change impacts to inform transaction decisions.
• Develop integration strategies addressing people processes, operating models, and post-deal transition needs.
• Review analyses and deliverables for accuracy and alignment with client objectives.
• Coach team members on project execution, diligence methods, and transaction-focused HC analysis.
• Identify deal value opportunities through workforce planning and HR consulting.
