Job summary

PwC seeks a Deals Delivering Deal Value Human Capital Diligence Manager to lead workforce-related diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and transactions. You will coach teams, manage engagement workstreams, and guide deliverables within Workforce Consulting, addressing retention, org design, and cultural alignment.

You’ll support clients by examining workforce implications, shaping integration approaches, and developing post-deal transition plans with strong judgment and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in deals or related field.
• Experience in human capital diligence or transaction support.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead human capital diligence workstreams across mergers and acquisitions and other transaction settings.
• Manage client engagement tasks from planning through delivery, coordinating timelines and team assignments.
• Evaluate workforce structures, talent strategies, and organizational design implications tied to deal activity.
• Assess employee retention, culture alignment, and change impacts to inform transaction decisions.
• Develop integration strategies addressing people processes, operating models, and post-deal transition needs.
• Review analyses and deliverables for accuracy and client alignment.
• Coach team members on project execution and diligence methods.
• Identify deal value opportunities through workforce planning, HR consulting, and organizational insights.
