Job summary

Gurley Leep Automotive Group in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Title Clerk with automotive titling experience. The ideal candidate will handle title duties in a fast-paced dealership environment, both in-state and out-of-state, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities include processing new and used vehicle registrations, maintaining the Motor Vehicle schedule, posting daily title transactions, and ensuring compliance with tax rules and title flips.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Illinois titling.
• Experience processing title work in a dealership environment preferred.
• Knowledge of CVR systems recommended.
• Understand basic accounting.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates.

• Process new and used vehicles for registration both in and out of state
