Job summary

Leep Enterprises is hiring a Title Clerk to manage vehicle title work for our Mishawaka location. The role requires handling new and used vehicle titling, registrations and related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Illinois titling experience, proficiency with CVR systems, and basic accounting skills. We offer benefits including PTO, holidays, and 401(k) matching as part of a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Illinois titling.
• Knowledge of CVR systems is recommended.
• Understand basic accounting.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates.
• Experience processing title work in a dealership environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicles for registration both in and out of state
• Maintain Motor Vehicle schedule
• Post daily Motor Vehicle transactions
• Understand Missouri tax laws with respect to vehicle registration
• Title flips in and out of state
• Accounting Schedule Reconciliations
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process new and used vehicles for registration both in and out of state


• Maintain Motor Vehicle schedule


• Post daily Motor Vehicle transactions


• Understand Missouri tax laws with respect to vehicle registration


• Title flips in and out of state


• Accounting Schedule Reconciliations


• Additional responsibilities as assigned
