Job Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performance sales team using accountability management principles
• Supervise training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction
• Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit
• Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations

Job Qualifications

• Strong organizational and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi‑task and juggle multiple items simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
