Job summary

CarGuys Inc. in Ohio is seeking Automotive Sales Managers to lead and grow a high performing sales team across New Car, Used Car, Finance, and General Sales management roles.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, supervise daily operations, and drive CSI and sales volume while maintaining customer satisfaction and long-term dealer profitability. This position offers an above-market compensation package with full benefits and opportunities for advancement within a growing dealership network.
