Job summary

LeadVenture is seeking a motivated Territory Manager for the Dealer Car Search brand in the Louisville area. You will own a defined territory, prospect dealerships, and close new business through calls, emails, and live demos.

You’ll build a robust book of business with ongoing support from internal teams to ensure client success. The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and data-driven optimization in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
• Ability to prospect and follow up to generate new business.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Experience with pipeline management and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a defined territory with no overlapping accounts.
• Prospect and close new dealership clients via outbound calls, emails and demos.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business; enable onboarding with support teams.
• Upsell within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Track campaign performance and optimize results.
