Lightspeed is a leading cloud-based software provider for dealerships, serving Powersport, Marine, RV, Trailer, and Golf Car industries. We sell a Dealer Management Solution to optimize Sales, Parts, Service, Rentals, Payments, Accounting and CRM.

Lightspeed seeks an energetic Account Executive to generate layered application sales opportunities by proactively contacting existing dealers and participating in targeted campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales experience desired.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience using Windows-based applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• The ability to deliver a compelling message that resonates across all levels.
• Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities.
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and work well in a team environment.
• High energy and a ‘can do’ attitude, with the ability to balance multiple tasks effortlessly.
• Must be proactive and open to learning and trying new sales techniques.
• Willingness to travel up to four times a year to tradeshows and the Salt Lake Corporate office.

Responsibilities

• Account retention & growth: manage existing dealer accounts for retention and growth.
• Make outbound sales calls to sell layered applications to existing dealer base.
• Consult with dealers to understand business needs and how Lightspeed products help.
• Dealer support & cross-functional collaboration with field and account reps.
• Sell assigned Lightspeed applications and generate other sales leads under sales manager guidance.
