Qualifications

• One year of reception experience in a retail facility is desirable.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
• One year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Protect the legal, financial and moral well being of the dealership.
• Greet calls and customers in a timely and welcoming fashion to initiate positive visits.
• Accurately file receipts and permits to maintain records for quick data retrieval.
• Support coworkers to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service.
• Achieve customer service satisfaction standards while handling calls and traffic.
• Greet, communicate and guide customers to the appropriate departments for assistance.
• Maintain a reliable schedule and communicate with management as required.
• Operate with integrity and uphold high ethical standards.
• Ensure a neat, orderly and safe work environment.
