Sheehy Auto Stores in Richmond, VA seeks a friendly Receptionist/Cashier to greet customers, handle payments, and support daily dealership operations.

As one of the first faces customers meet, you will provide excellent service, maintain a welcoming reception area, and collaborate with service advisors and staff. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a high school diploma and valid work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling cash and processing payments.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to complete pre-employment screening, including background check, MVR, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers, guests, and employees.
• Process customer payments by cash, check, and credit card.
• Calculate customer bills and process repair orders using the dealership's computer system.
• Accurately issue receipts and provide change when needed.
• Reconcile cash, checks, and credit card payments at the end of each shift.
• Direct customer questions and concerns to the appropriate Service Advisor or department.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism, integrity, and poise.
• Assist with general clerical and administrative duties as needed.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
