You will count cash drawers, maintain receipts and records, and collaborate with sales, service, and parts departments to resolve billing issues. Prior cashier/customer service experience is preferred; strong math, communication, and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills for accurate transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling transactions and records.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers and team members.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer payments for vehicle purchases, services, and parts.
• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain records of transactions, ensuring receipts and invoices are documented.
• Count cash drawers at the start and end of each shift.
• Liaise with sales, service, and parts to resolve billing issues.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and maintain an organized workspace.
• Stay informed about promotions, services, and products to assist customers.
