Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or 1-3 years related experience.
• Detail-oriented with clear communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft systems (Office).

Responsibilities

• Compile, enter, and maintain records for dealership business transactions and office activity.
• Prepare routine accounting statements and management reports.
• Send receipts, invoices, statements, and checks; track orders for supplies and services.
• Support cash handling activities as assigned.
• Provide backup coverage for accounting or service clerical roles and assist with special projects.
• Help maintain office equipment and support users with basic troubleshooting.
