Bend Chevrolet in Bend, OR is seeking a Dealership Accountant / Title & Registration Specialist to support in-store accounting operations. This in-person role collaborates with Lithia Home Office and store teams, with regular 8am-5pm hours.

The position requires DMV/titling experience, dealership familiarity, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Competitive pay and benefits are provided as part of Lithia Driveway’s rewards program.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a dealership and/or processing car deals preferred.
• DMV or Titling experience desired.
• Microsoft Office and web-based applications experience.

Responsabilités

• Review and submit titling/DMV paperwork for accuracy and completion.
• Handle vehicle titling and DMV processing.
• Review trade-in documents for compliance and accuracy.
• Track title status and resolve discrepancies with DMV, lenders, or internal teams.
• Assist in reconciliation of cash sales accounting schedule.
• Audit car deals for accuracy and completeness using Deal Checklist.
• Maintain notes of missing or incorrect items in reports.
• Provide backup support to F&I managers for scanning required documents.
