Lithia & Driveway's Dealership Accounting team in Anchorage is seeking an entry-level Dealership Accountant I at L0650 Northwest Finance Center. This role focuses on accurate posting of dealership transactions and supports financial operations for the Anchorage Chevrolet site.
You will report to the Business Manager or Accounting Manager, learn COA basics, and develop through hands-on accounting tasks, customer service, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.
Submission of Service Contracts Submission of Warranty Contracts New car purchases and Dealer trades Recording of used car purchases Request and process lien payoffs Processing of cash receipts Regional check runs Processing and payment of vendor invoices FTC reconciliation Accounting for manufacturer monies (parts, warranty, incentives, misc) Posting to Intercompany accounts Other duties as assigned
