Job summary

Becklar, LLC in Ogden, Utah, seeks a Technical Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between Becklar and its dealers. You will provide day-to-day support, educate dealers on new technologies, and deliver trainings to improve efficiency and adoption of systems.

You'll collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, set up accounts, and manage data updates, ensuring timely responses to dealer requests while tracking KPIs and maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (associate’s degree preferred).
• Experience in customer service, technical support, or account management preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for dealers, providing day-to-day support and guidance.
• Build strong relationships with dealers to understand their operational needs.
• Educate dealers on new technologies, tools, and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Create and deliver presentations and training sessions for dealers.
• Implement new systems, processes, and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support dealer requests.
• Assist with account setup, conversions, and data updates.
• Configure third-party communication services and test device integrations.
• Register, activate, and manage cellular devices and SIM cards.
• Set up reports and support procedural updates.
• Monitor and meet team and individual KPIs.
• Ensure timely completion of data requests, onboarding, and account updates.
