Job summary

Becklar, LLC is seeking a Technical Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between Becklar and its dealers. You will support dealer needs, align processes, and ensure dealers utilize current technologies effectively.

The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to improve efficiencies and provide ongoing support and education. You will educate dealers on new technologies, configure systems, and help with data updates and reporting while monitoring KPIs and ensuring

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, technical support, or account management is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; comfortable with technical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Act as main point of contact for dealers, providing day-to-day support and guidance.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers to understand operational needs.
  • Educate dealers on new technologies, tools, and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Create and deliver presentations and training sessions for dealers.
  • Implement new systems, processes, and technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support dealer requests.
  • Assist with account setup, conversions, and data updates.
  • Configure third-party communication services and test device integrations.
  • Register, activate, and manage cellular devices and SIM cards.
  • Set up reports and support procedural updates.
  • Monitor and meet team and individual KPIs.
  • Ensure timely completion of data requests, onboarding, and account updates.
  • Maintain regular communication with dealers, including quarterly check-ins.
  • Identify opportunities to improve dealer efficiency and profitability.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality customer service across all interactions.

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Technical Account Manager, the Technical Analyst serves as the primary liaison between Becklar and its dealers. This role is responsible for supporting dealer needs, aligning processes and procedures, and ensuring dealers are utilizing current technologies effectively. The Technical Analyst works closely with internal teams and external partners to improve efficiencies, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support and education to dealers.

What You’ll Need
