Silencer Shop is seeking a Full Time Clerical role in Leander, TX to serve as the primary liaison for our dealer network. You will handle dealer inquiries, provide order status updates, and assist with Form 3/Form 4 transfers and eForms compliance, delivering accurate records and timely responses.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in firearms), and familiarity with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally within the firearms industry.
• Ability to collaborate with management, vendors and co-workers to foster a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Protects and promotes the Silencer Shop brand at all times.
• Serve as a point of contact for dealer inquiries via phone, email, and portal tickets regarding pricing, product availability, order status, and shipping.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure prompt order processing and tracking updates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in BoundBook.
• Assist dealer partners with questions regarding Form 3/Form 4 workflows, serialization, and transfer procedures.
• Dealer relationship management and account support.
• Onboard dealers to self-service dealer portals and digital ordering tools.
