Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience, ideally in firearms.
• Familiarity with NFA processes and ATF forms is preferred.
• Ability to maintain compliant records and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Protects and promotes the Silencer Shop brand at all times.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and provide consultative guidance.
• Walk customers through the NFA purchasing process and explain eForms steps.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Stay updated on promotions, inventory, and product releases.
