Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a results-driven professional to manage the launch of new features and products for our dealer business. You will demonstrate, implement, train, and support dealer partners while acting as their advocate to ensure satisfaction.

You will coordinate onboarding, system setup, and ongoing support with Vehicle Condition Inspectors and dealer teams, while building strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years in Sales, account management, product management, product operations, or customer support.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead the launch of new features and products for dealer growth.
• Demonstrate and onboard dealer partners; provide onboarding training and support.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success.
