Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of experience in sales, account management, product management, product operations, or customer support.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations for dealer partners and sell benefits of ACV technology.
• Lead onboarding including system setup, training, and coordination of first inspection with Vehicle Condition Inspectors.
• Manage deployment and integration with dealer partners and provide ongoing support.
• Educate stakeholders on best applications of the product and address challenges.
