Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate dealer needs into actionable plans.
• Experience in dealer operations, distribution strategy, or technology-enabled transformation is a plus.
• Experience engaging executive leadership and preparing strategy materials.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the dealer technology winning recipe with framework, roles, governance, and capability expectations.
• Partner with Dealer Sales Development to assess readiness, identify gaps, and build execution roadmaps for near-term progress and long-term maturity.
• Drive adoption of CI Technology Expectations through clear dealer standards and accountability models.
• Align dealer strategy across sales, service, rental, parts, and technology for an integrated customer experience.
• Support executive dealer engagement with clear messaging, strategy reviews, and decision-ready recommendations.
