Who are you? You are a driven self-starter with prior Automotive industry experience, preferably selling to dealerships or working with auctions. You desire to be part of one of the fastest growing startups in Atlanta. You are passionate about building relationships and enjoy field sales. You hold yourself accountable for attaining or exceeding monthly and annual targets. If you have prior experience with HubSpot or other CRM’s, that is a bonus. What will you do? Carpool is looking for an ambitious Dealer Sales Executive to help fuel new business growth. We’re seeking a self-starter who will build relationships by taking ownership of a territory to drive the growth of new customers by expanding revenue and vehicles shipped.

This is a competitive role and will require relationship building skills, a growth mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit. As in every startup, you will be wearing multiple hats beyond the core responsibilities. This is a great opportunity to get very broad exposure to building and running a business.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation through deal closure.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct in-person sales visits within assigned territories to develop local relationships.
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns via phone and email to convert inbound warm leads.
  • Foster and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular engagement and support.
  • Oversee and manage individual sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure accuracy and follow-up.
  • Deliver compelling product demos of the Carpool technology platform to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on pricing strategies and account onboarding.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in the automotive and logistics industries to effectively communicate the company’s unique value proposition and competitive advantages.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s d egree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of automotive experience.
  • Auto auction experience is a plus.
  • Passion for building customer relationships is essential.
  • Positive attitude, team player, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive under deadlines, multi-task, and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Creative problem-solving, detail oriented, and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel.
