Job summary

LG Electronics North America is seeking a Returns Authorization Claims Coordinator to support dealer return requests, review inspections, and verify product details against approved records. You will manage return data in company systems and coordinate with dealers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to resolve issues.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and excellent written and verbal English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business/operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Organize approved return requests using Excel and enter information into company systems.
• Review dealer product inspection results and update records.
• Respond to dealer inquiries within one business day or follow up as needed.
• Process return approvals by reviewing documentation per procedures.
• Verify products received against records (quantities, models, serial numbers).
• Investigate discrepancies across dealer records, warehouse receipts, and system data.
• Review dealer chargebacks and verify supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate return records and communication history.
• Coordinate with dealers, warehouse and cross-functional teams to process returns.
• Own assigned cases and meet deadlines.
• Prepare reports and presentations on dealer returns and operations.
